Faith in Angels Hospice serves those who served us.
We are proud to announce that we work in cooperation with We Honor Veterans, an established program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that helps provide care and support that reflect the important contributions made by these men and women.
Veterans require a unique style of care, and as a partner of We Honor Veterans, Faith in Angels Hospice is equipped to provide that unique style of care. By recognizing the unique needs of our nation’s Veterans who are facing a life-limiting illness, we are better able to accompany and guide Veterans and their families toward a more peaceful ending.
As a We Honor Veterans Partner, Faith in Angels Hospice implements ongoing Veteran-centered education for our staff and volunteers to help improve the care we provide to the Veterans we proudly serve.
Faith in Angels Hospice is a contracted provider with TriWest Healthcare Alliance which means we are able to provide hospice services for veterans at no cost.
